Construction Control Queensland has been appointed Project Managers for Stage 1 (ECI) for the Sylvan Road Apartments in Toowong QLD . The project will consist of 118 apartments, across 8 residential levels. The project will have two levels of basement car parking. An extensive resort style private landscape (including swimming pool) will be located on Level 1, internal to the site. The building’s façade is designed as a light and open façade maximising the opportunity for views to the Park and City beyond. Construction is currently anticipated to commence in early 2017.
