New Acton East

Completed in 2007, NewActon East was the first building to be completed in the multi-award winning New Acton precinct. 

New Acton East is a design focused mixed-use building, featuring 32 residential apartments, 7,000m2 of commercial space and 200 basement parking spaces. 

Designed by Melbourne firm Fender Katsalidis, the architecture of New Acton East is bold in it’s vision and execution. Elements such as the precast concrete being used a strong architectural statement as well as a structural. In addition the use of bolds colours externally has made the project stand out on the landscape making it arguably the strongest architectural statement in the New Acton precinct.
