Base 241 offers a unique industrial vibe, striking interior design options and amazing architecture. It also features a Canberra first: a rooftop heated pool and an outdoor cinema area. Construction Control managed both the design and construction processes with the major challenges arising from the “tight” site constraints and materials movement.
