The project is a 25,000sqm GFA building situated above 1 Constitution Place that comprises of 7 floors plus a roof plantroom and 2 below ground basements. The building is fully electric, 5-star greenstar, 5.5-star Nabers and will contain a hybrid timber structure to the western elevation. End of trip facilities and a café have been proposed for the ground floor.
