Anzac Park East (ECI)

The new Anzac Park East office building will be located on the corner of Anzac Parade, Constitution Ave and Parkes Way, and will frame the Anzac Parade Heritage Vista as one of the two portal buildings at the base of Anzac Parade. The building is envisaged to create a destination workplace environment that supports the health and wellbeing of its occupants. Anzac Park East will be a nine-storey office building with a secure two-storey basement carpark, containing 180+ carparking spaces. The building is also committed to achieving a strong sustainable built response while reducing the buildings environmental footprint. The floor plates and clear glass façade design will allow the occupants to appreciate the views towards both the Australian War Memorial and Parliament House and the significance of the building’s position on the Heritage Vista.
