The Brindabella Business Park Carpark 9 is a 17,250m2 5 Level (1 SOG and 4 suspended decks) carpark with a 3300m2 floor plate that house 570 car spaces upon complete at the end of May 2020. The site requires extensive services relocation, with the business park main communication, electrical and gas at the rear and side of the site.

 

Further to the above Carpark 9 will be cladded in a comprehensive converse and concave 50% free area perforated aluminium façade and will house 2no lift cars.
