Stage 1 will include the demolition of bathrooms, the back of house area and slabs. New bathrooms and back of house areas will then be installed together with new cool rooms, a new storage mezzanine with a hoist and an extension of the existing kitchen. Stage 2 is refurbishing the class 10A shed to a class 6 bar and dining area.
