The Establishment Kangaroo Point

Construction Control QLD were engaged by Blue Sky Private Real Estate in early 2015 to design and construct a multi-storey residential project in Main Street, Kangaroo Point, Brisbane.  Construction commenced in July 2015.  The project reached Practical Completion in January 2017.

The building consists of 105 apartments over 8 storeys with a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and 174m2 of retail space at ground level.  The building also incorporates a secure basement carpark with car spaces, bicycle parking and storage facilities and a roof top terrace with swimming pool and several breakout areas.
