Gungahlin Commercial Building is situated in the North-Western corner of Block 1 Section 12 Gungahlin and covers around 2,500m2 of land. The building comprises a single level basement, 75 car parks, ground floor including 1,000m2 of retail, a lobby and back of house areas, and two main floors with an NLA of 2,100m2 which will house Defence Housing Australia.
